Hits=16 The way the world works is accountability. Each day we enjoy the influence of electric power. Our homes are warm and comfortable as the result of electric heat or natural gas heat. When we turn on the water, the warm sensation is the result of power. Power is a tangible and measurable energy.

The Holy Spirit has power. The mission of the Holy Spirit is to teach and testify of divine truth. It is an error to claim that the Holy Spirit influence is the result of excitement or natural biological reactions. The power of the Holy Ghost causes our spirits to be glorified by the Holy Spirit. Our bodies are the tabernacle of our spirit. The influence of Holy Ghost is power. The distinct differences can not be felt in day interactions with people. Communion with God is sacred. Where God dwells requires power to return home. God is working for our best interest. As a result God sends the Holy Spirit to give us power to accept change and overcome our fears and reservations.

Hits=28 God is justice. Eventually, we must stand accountable for our choices. Finding truth, respecting justice, and changing is good. Change requires power. A person can become a power advocate of process improvement. Communicate the results of the improvement process to the group and also communicate the setback. The more power that is moved to the group, the more impressive the results. Self organizing system are very adaptive and respond better to complexity and change. Moving power to the nodes in the organization increases the power to act. Groups that council with team members improve communication between each other and the group will move fast to accomplish the task without wasting resource and time. In a rapid changing world where the future is uncertain, it becomes important to deliver value. Filtering what is important and not important can be accelerated by working as a group.

Hits=25 Standardization helps create expectations within an organization. Whereas, conformity is the misuse of power and driven by fear to be different. Conformity is forced performance. It is the big stick in organizational theory. Step out of line and the big stick will shame, intimidate, or punish the individual into performing. The employee is the enemy and the nontrusted asset in the organization.

Hits=25 One of the great benefits of accountability is the ability to influence the organization direction and outcomes. Individuals can proactively take responsibility to see and solve problems. When problems are being solved in an organization have more confidence in processes. Increases confidence in systems and processes result in greater productivity and more buy in to the organization. As an organization becomes more successful individuals are motivated to contribute and help the organization. Great products and great service is contagious. Everyone is happy. When people are excite about their organization the energy levels are good. Energy is the lifeblood of an organization.

Hits=25 Accountability is preferred over conformity. Accountability allows for free agency to exist. The power to chose is divine. The power to make a choice is the power to act. Free agency gives a person the power to act and not to be acted upon. A person must choose, how to invest his time and resources. A person may say, "what does it matter what I do, if my actions do not hurt another." Accountability exists when standards are enumerated to the group. A person must explain how their thoughts and actions are meeting expectations and standards. In areas of poor performance, the leader can listen to the reasons affecting performance and remove barriers, such as, limited tools, software, personnel problems, or unrealistic expectations. Accountability is a positive experience allowing for two way communication. It is a healthy dialogue to ensure management and the groups expectations are not diverging. What do you want to do with your time? Accountability leads to judgment. A leader must have the power to judge the groups performance and behavior. He can funnel the group to focus their attention on necessary work to be completed. He must discern the dynamics of the group and he must make judgments when necessary. Sometimes it is better for a member to leave the team when they disrupt work. The organization has work to accomplish.

Hits=22 Accountability is the ability to rise above circumstances and for a person to make things happen. Achieving desired results and meeting expectation is a recipe for success for everyone. Excuses do not achieve desired results. Helping the team to be accountable keeps the team on track and on budget and successful.

"And I exhort you to remember these things; for the time speedily cometh that ye shall know that I lie not, for ye shall see me at the bar of God; and the Lord God will say unto you: Did I not declare my words unto you, which were written by this man, like as one crying from the dead, yea, even as one speaking out of the dust?" (Moroni 10: 27)

Hits=20 Why do we respect someone who is powerful? The Lord is King of Kings and Lord of Lords. He reigns supreme. Often times earthly kings become tyrants. Yet people want kings. A king holds the power to decides decision of the state. He has the final say on what is the law. His laws can not be questioned. The king is the most important decision maker.

Hits=192 All men will be judged by Christ. The judge is powerful. It would be in error to think judgment is a casual experience. Christ will say, "Did I not declare my words unto you, which were written by this man". The world will be judged according to the standards and doctrines taught by Moroni. The directness of the statement suggests the judge will hold us accountable. We can not influence the judge because we lack power to change the outcome of judgment. The Judge dictates the law, the punishment, and the terms. The judge can not be challenge and deference must be given. ....
